Founder’s Message
Co-creating with AI.
Co-creating with AI.
On November 30, 2022, the world began to change rapidly with the release of ChatGPT.
Within just two months, it reached 100 million users, making it clear that AI had become a part of everyday life and work across the globe.
That moment reminded me of what innovators call the innovator’s dilemma. Most companies chose to add AI to their existing products an understandable but incremental approach. At the same time, a new generation of creators emerged: those who design products from the ground up with AI at the core—an AI-native mindset.
I believe the latter path is the one that can truly contribute to humanity. Rather than treating AI as a tool to be added,
we must design a world where AI exists from the beginning— a world where technology expands human creativity and trust.
Redalio was founded on this belief.
We aim to build technologies that learn, grow, and co-create with people, empowering individuals to live more freely and creatively in the age of intelligence.
Founder Profile

Hiroki Fukuoka
Founder & CEO Redalio Technologies L.L.C S.O.C
Hiroki Fukuoka is a Japanese entrepreneur and creative technologist based in Dubai. He began his career in 2006 as an independent web strategist and later incorporated his first company in 2014, specializing in website development, SEO optimization, and digital advertising strategy.
After years of hands-on experience in performance-based marketing, including investing his own resources and facing both growth and loss, he realized that true innovation often arises from moments of failure and reinvention.
The concept of “AI-native” struck him while reflecting on The Innovator’s Dilemma— the idea that even excellent companies can fail when rational decisions prevent disruptive thinking. Having worked extensively with large CRM systems like Salesforce, he saw how the next generation of AI-native platforms could surpass traditional tools.
Fukuoka founded Redalio Technologies on the belief that AI should not merely assist humans, but challenge, inspire, and evolve with them. His work focuses on creating technologies that bring purpose and meaning to both business and life.
